Effective February 18th and retroactive from the first of the year, January 1, 2022.
If you are a Teamster member and needed to take PTO in 2022 to address COVID infection or vaccination for yourself or a family member, or have been advised by a doctor to Quarantine due to COVID, you are likely to be eligible to get your PTO back.
If you have to take PTO for any of the following between the dates of Jan. 1 and September 30th, 2022, you may have your PTO covered by recent legislation.
- You are sick and have COVID
- Have been advised to Quarantine because of COVID
- You went to get vaccinated or helped someone else get vaccinated
- You are taking care of a family member who has COVID
