We stand with workers at Rodney Strong Vineyards and call on management to sign a Card Check Neutrality Agreement and recognize every worker’s contributions to the winery by ensuring a fair process to organize a union without threats or intimidation.

This petition is a worker led effort supported by labor, local leaders and our communities across Sonoma County calling on Rodney Strong Vineyards to do the right thing to support workers and their right to organize a union.

The petition: Rodney Strong Vineyards, I pledge to join Rodney Strong’s wine club to support a company that respects workers’ rights if and only if, Rodney Strong management agrees to a card check neutrality agreement. I want my purchases to help Rodney Strong grow its business while supporting the people who make its success possible.
