(APRIL 2026) – A new contract for Teamsters Local 665 members at Watergate Security has been ratified, bringing 5.5% annual wage increases over the life of a three-year deal.

Other improvements include retirement security with a 50% increase in Western Conference of Teamsters Pension contributions and lower monthly premium costs for health benefits.

“Wages, retirement and health benefits are all important to our members”, said Local 665 Principal Officer Tony Delorio. “In these tough economic times, we wanted to make sure we checked all the boxes going into negotiations. Our members deserve these improvements.

The collective bargaining agreement, which runs through March 31, 2029, adds a new premium for members on graveyard shifts. And the contract has new language that further protects the bargaining unit.

Shop Steward Sean Segal said members at Watergate are happy with the new agreement.

“This new contract recognizes the important job Teamsters at Watergate do each and every day,” Segal said. “We’re grateful for the wage increases and other economic benefits. Our contract is ratified. Solidarity works!”
