Members at Uniparts, who ship and receive Jaguar parts in Brisbane, CA, ratified a new 3-year agreement with 100% “YES” votes.
Highlights of the new agreement included:
- annual wage increases,
- maintenance of their health benefits,
- annual contributions to their pension,
- an extra week of vacation
- and a $700 annual Christmas bonus.
Members were thrilled to get a deal done before Christmas.
“I want to thank these members for their solidarity during these long and stressful negotiations,” said Principal Officer Tony Delorio. “We had to fight hard to get a little more meat off the bone, and it paid off in the end. I want to also thank Michael Thompson (Business Agent), for leading these negotiations and persevering to the finish line.”
